What do I do if I have questions about my lease?
Turn 4 Financial works exclusively through dealerships. It is contractually their responsibility to help with any immediate questions or concerns. If you need to contact us directly, email turn4financial@gmail.com for responses in 24-72 hours.
How do I get the Title to my vehicle?
Turn 4 Financial holds paper titles in-house. If you are you exercise your purchase option or you trade the vehicle to another dealer, it will be FedEx overnight shipped within 72 hours of final payment clearing.
What is my payoff?
Use the login at the upper right hand corner of the page. Once you are logged in, the tab that is open by default called "Loan Summary" will show your current payoff quote.
How do I submit an application?
On the upper menu, there is a selection for "Application". Fill this out and it will be sent directly to us.
Can I make additional payments online?
Yes, you can make payments online in addition to your auto-payment schedule to help reduce principal and interest using your currently setup checking account. PLEASE NOTE: Your automatic payments will remain as scheduled regardless of the additional payments.
